Jess Border is Managing Lawyer of the WA Practice at EDO. Jess has been with EDO since 2022, and brings expertise from her early career in commercial law and litigation to the broad range of legal practice at EDO.
She leads the WA team to deliver access to justice for the WA environment sector and broader community, working with government, the legal profession and clients from all walks of life. At EDO, Jess provides a high volume of reliable and trusted expert advice to protect the WA environment, including carriage of successful Federal Court litigation in Cooper v NOPSEMA.
