Ruby Hamilton is Special Counsel in the WA Practice at EDO. Starting at EDO in 2018, Ruby has worked in the WA team, including on uranium and forests matters, and in the national Safe Climate team, focusing on gas projects.
She has had carriage of climate litigation in the WA Supreme Court and the Federal Court. Ruby is an expert on legal frameworks for environmental protection in WA, and specifically in climate policy and the assessment and regulation of fossil fuel projects in WA and at the federal level.
