Elliot has 20 years’ experience as a sustainable mobility specialist. He completed his PhD in transport and is ranked by Stanford University in the top 2% of scientists globally for his contributions to transport. Elliot has advised the Australian Prime Minister’s Office on sustainable transport and assisted New York City and London with their bike share programs. He has also helped the National Government of Singapore on smart mobility and worked with the OECD on transport safety.
