Liz Westcott, CEO of Scarborough, has announced that the company will defend its position following a legal challenge against the project. The challenge aims to test Scarborough's environmental plan, granted by the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority.
The environmental plan was filed by Doctors for the Environment Australia with support from the Environmental Defenders Office.
