As a member how do I update my financial details?

Looking to update your payment method, credit card details, change membership plans or access invoices?


As a member you can log into our Stripe customer portal to:

  • Update billing information
  • Update payment methods
  • Update your membership
  • Cancel, pause, resume, and view your membership
  • Pay, download, and view current and past invoices

Please note: Portal sessions are temporary. New portal sessions expire after a 5 minute period if they are not used in any way. If you use it within that time period, the session expires within 1 hour of the most recent activity.
